You know that feeling when you call a big company and you get stuck in the automated queue? “Your call is important to us, please wait.” And you know without a doubt that your call is not important and that you’re more than likely a nuisance to them? I bet that makes you feel undervalued. It’s an icky feeling that nobody wants. Least of all your clients.
Larger organisations rely on systems. It serves a purpose, but somewhere along the line we’ve lost the human touch. If you can’t show your clients that you genuinely care about them they won’t be your clients for long.

We don’t just do that. We also do corporate and commercial photography and video content. And even then our aim is always to make each human feel seen, even if it’s just for the 10 minutes they’re in front of our camera.
