We understand that our clients are busy executives with limited availability. So, we bring the studio to your office. We prefer doing your photo shoot in an environment you’re comfortable with.

Whether you prefer a plain background or lifestyle images shot in your office environment, we’ve got you covered. Don’t worry about natural lighting, we will bring the best lighting and camera equipment. Each piece of equipment is hand picked to ensure we’re able to create top-quality images during your photo shoot.

This way you’re able to continue working while we set up and shoot your colleagues. When it’s your turn, you can pop in, enjoy your photo shoot, and get straight back to your desk.

We have a few suggestions that should help you select the best outfit for your photo shoot:

• Wear something that you feel good in. 

• Keep your ideal client in mind when picking your outfit. What kind of look would they most relate to? 

• Don’t wear a tie if you don’t normally wear one.

• Bring a jacket or two. It’s a quick and easy way to switch up an outfit.

• Don’t wear scarves or jerseys, even if it’s mid-winter. Your photos need to be relevant in every season.

• Classic, neutral tones work well for formal portraits, while bright colours work well in more creative fields.

• Don’t wear all-white, colour photographs better.

• Stick to solid colours instead of patterns. 

• Keep accessories stylish and minimal.

• We don’t usually include hair and make-up in corporate photo shoots, but we can arrange that at your request.

We’re with you on this one! While there is still a place in business for formal photos on a white background, trends are shifting towards using lifestyle photos instead, especially on platforms like LinkedIn.

How do we make this happen?

Most businesses have areas that lend themselves to environmental portraits. This could be various places inside the office or outdoors. Have a look at the photos below for inspiration.

We may ask you to send us a few photos of the office before the shoot so that we can plan ahead.

And yes, we can do both lifestyle photos and photos on a plain background on the same day, it just depends on your needs.

Load shedding is a factor, but we’re able to use your office’s generator power, so this shouldn’t affect your shoot.

• You will receive a link to your images in high and low resolution. High resolution is ideal for print purposes, while low resolution is used online. We ask that you download all your images, as they will only be available online for a short period and we wouldn’t want you to lose them!

   

• The standard turnaround time is two weeks. You can request express turnaround at an additional fee.

Absolutely! Our aim is always to get great photos in-camera. Our retouching services include basic colour- and background corrections. We can also do teeth whitening and specific retouching you may request. Intense retouching (removing acne, etc) will be subject to an additional fee.

It depends on various factors. Our rates start at R2500. Our pricing structure is designed to benefit you and we charge per person, not per hour.  This way, you will be able to get the most out of your time with us.
